Brian S. Kirksey is a high energy, versatile and results-oriented senior professional having significant expertise in valuation, taxation, public administration, and organizational development. He is highly recognized as a premier leader throughout Michigan for his skills, both as a practitioner and as a mentor.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Kirksey’s professional experience spans over eleven years and includes increasingly responsible positions that have demanded his time, attention, and a highly sensitive articulation to detail. He has specialized in Real Estate Appraising as an Independent Fee Appraiser since 1997. He has prepared over 5,000 real estate appraisals rendering opinions of value in consultation and appraisal of many types of real property including one to four family residential, condominiums, commercial, industrial, and vacant land for individuals, attorneys, corporations, builders, real estate brokers, banks, mortgage companies, credit unions, relocation companies, and agencies of local, state and federal governments.
